YOBO began with a simple but deeply uncomfortable realisation. As a man, I saw the women around me dealing with discomfort every single day—quietly, routinely, and without complaint—yet these experiences were rarely spoken about or acknowledged.
That silence stayed with me and pushed me to reflect. Rather than looking away or accepting it as normal, I chose to listen, to learn, and to truly understand their needs. From that place of awareness, YOBO was built with intention, care, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Design & Development
Ilona grew up around beautiful European lingerie. Women in her family made it for many years. Now she runs the family business. She mixes old traditions with new ideas: eco-friendly production, sizes for every body, and smart tools that help — but never replace — real craftsmanship.
She loves what makes lingerie special: it lasts long, feels comfortable all day, fits perfectly, and looks elegant. But most of all, she wants women to feel confident. Her lingerie feels like a second skin. She also teaches women what really works for their bodies. This helps them feel seen, comfortable, and proud of themselves.
Ilona teamed up with Nishant to build YOBO, offering Indian women comfortable, durable, perfectly fitting pieces that help them feel supported and confident every single day.
Narresh Mehta
Advisory & Partner
Naresh is a fashion retail professional who has worked with highly respected brands like Raymond and Hidesign. He has expertise in offline retail (high street, malls, airports) having managed over 700stores in the EBO and Franchisee Store format and in online retail (D2C, Marketplaces).
He specializes in the design and execution of Consumer Experience and is passionate about women's fashion and believes we should let them "Just Be" themselves
