Refund policy

Lingerie as a category is always Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, in the unlikely possibility of any quality issue, if a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will review the issue and resolve it on priority.

At YOBO Loves It, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. While we follow strict hygiene and quality standards, we understand that in certain cases an exchange may be required.

Eligible Products for Return / Exchange

We offer an exchange on any of our products only if you have received the wrong product or the wrong color OR the wrong size OR the wrong quantity OR a product with any quality defect.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must be intact
  • The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

    Once your request is approved, we will arrange a home pickup, subject to serviceability.
